Steps and operating points for use

Step 1: Install the nail compartment components

Take out the instruments and nail compartment components separately from the packaging box. Assemble the nail compartment component onto the instrument (insert the back of the nail compartment component at a certain angle with the nail compartment clamp into the root of the nail compartment clamp, then press the head of the nail compartment component downwards to insert the positioning protrusion of the component head into the positioning groove of the nail compartment clamp), and then remove the protective cover from the nail compartment component.

Step 2: Prepare for cutting&fitting

Place the tissue to be anastomosed into the forceps, ensuring that all tissues are inside the forceps.

(Be careful not to stuff the organization too close to the inside, otherwise there may be a risk of missing nails)

Take care

The following three points need to be noted! Improper operation may greatly affect the nailing effect

1. Ensure that the organization is flat and correctly placed between the jaws. If there are bundles of tissue along the nail compartment, especially at the fork of the instrument clamp, it can lead to incomplete suture thread.

2. The end indicator lines on the nail seat and the positioning groove of the nail bin indicate the termination of the sewing nail line, and the cutting line indicator on the cutting machine marked "cut" on the positioning groove of the nail bin. The end indicator line and "cut" cutting indicator line are shown in the following figure 👇)

3. Ensure that the organization does not exceed the proximal indicator line on the extrusion instrument. The tissue squeezed from outside the indicator line into the instrument may be transversely cut without the use of staples

Step 3: Pressing and firing

Press the activity handle, close the jaws, keep the jaws closed for 15 seconds, wait for the tissue to be fully squeezed, then press the firing handle, and each time must be fired thoroughly (4 shots are required, the first three cuts are completed, and the last one is the retraction operation).
